Storytime in the Park Help make it all possible from 7 - 8 pm at 334 Burton St SE in Garfield Park. Children get to not only enjoy a new book and yummy ice cream, but also can listen to captivating read alouds from 7:15 - 7:45 p.m. The event will be held every Tuesday evening in June, July, and August. Help fight childhood hunger in the Greater Grand Rapids area! They always need volunteers and every little bit helps! They also are always accepting donations. Even just one dollar can provide one child with a sack lunch for a day. Five dollars can feed a child for a week. Donations are also always being collected in the College of Education office on the GVSU Pew Campus. 401 W. Fulton St. Devos Building C - 4th floor across from the elevators at the front desk
Grandville Transitions "Grandville Transitions is a Region III Transition Program that services young adults ages 18-22. We learn about appropriate work skills, job exploration, social skills, and life skills. We use the community and volunteer opportunities in order to prepare us for life independence."
